Requirements: 

Responsabilities:
- Discuss and define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach with the Product Owner, the Project Manager and the Technical Lead
- Discuss the architecture of the system with the Technical Leads to define and map the functional keywords/actions of the System Under Test, in collaboration with the Product Owner and the Business Analyst
- Write the acceptance criteria (as tests/examples) together with the Business Analyst and the Test Engineer
- Help / coach the Business Analyst to implement an adapted xDD approach (i.e. Behaviour, Feature & Test Driven Development) and define examples using functional keywords/actions
- Measure continuously the achievements of the testing strategy during the sprints and implement the required improvements
- Plan, execute & monitor the pre-UAT testing campaigns, i.e. establish the required test plan, execute the tests, prioritize and follow the defects, plan the builds deliveries into the testing environments, define the acceptance criteria to the next testing phase, manage the gating meetings

Required experience:
- Defining the automation level (component, system) and scope (risk based testing)
- Guiding Development & Test Engineers what and how much to automate
- Defining & implementing testing techniques (see ISTQB Technical Test Analyst)
- High level understanding of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA)
- Explaining and implementing BDD development principles
- Writing test examples/scenarii with the BA for user stories
- Mapping of keywords/actions for the System Under Test
- Managing & executing testing campaigns
- Coaching a Scrum Team on continuous integration & testing
- French & English - written and spoken fluently
- Minimun B Working Permit for 3 years
